Monday 2nd March saw the arrival of Rachel and Bobby Garland's baby girl Isabelle, giving our Chairman Andy Bircher his first Grandchild. Everyone is doing well.

At the WPCS AGM, Mr Tony Tilley was elected Honorary Life Vice-President of
the WPCS.  This is a great honour and we are delighted that Tony should be
